Our raw materials and suppliers
The quality of our products reflects the careful gathering of finest raw materials, which are acquired from the best source thanks to a broad network of conscientiously selected suppliers, covering the main production areas. We put special emphasis on developing and managing reliable supply chains in partnership with a primary producers and collectors that are aware of the sustainable use of natural resources and an adequate protection of ecosystems and their biodiversity.

Our Processing facility and Quality Control
We have process and storage located close to main sourcing areas and ports of export to North America. The facilities have all the necessary implementations for processing, selecting, cleaning, blending, grinding, sizing, and packing our products according to the most rigorous quality standards, and complying with the most demanding sanitary regulations in order to guarantee the cleanness of our products.

Customers and Market
Our products are directly delivered to more than 50 major customers through a selected network of approved agents spread over the main markets. Our sales are distributed as follows:

Europe and Asia: 20%
Central and South America: 10%
North America: 70%

Payment Terms:
Common payment terms on established business relations are upon FDA release of goods.   New commercial accounts require T.T. Letter of Credit or CAD.

Brokers Commissions: Up to 3% of CIF price.
